Welcome to AbideAudiologySD.com. By accessing or using this website, or by becoming a patient of Abide Audiology, LLC, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Our Practice

Abide Audiology, LLC is a private-pay audiology practice. We do not bill insurance directly, with the exception of Medicare. Patients are responsible for payment at the time services are rendered. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, in accordance with your individual plan's out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your insurance provider.

2. Website Content

The content on this website — including text, descriptions of services, and pricing information — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be used as a substitute for, individualized medical or audiological advice. Please schedule an appointment for an evaluation specific to your needs.

3. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following payment methods: cash, check, credit/debit card, HSA/FSA cards. Pricing for services and hearing aid packages is available upon request and is subject to change. Quotes given in writing are valid for 6 months.

5. Hearing Aid Sales and Returns

Abide Audiology, LLC offers a 75 day trial period. If hearing aid(s) are returned within the 75 days, patient is subject to a 10% from purchase price return fee. This includes time spent for services and restocking fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to providing high-quality audiological care, use of this website and our services is at your own discretion. Abide Audiology, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its general content. This does not limit any rights or protections you have under applicable law related to the professional care you receive from us as a patient.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Abide Audiology, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.

9. Changes to These Terms

By "Opting In" to or using a "Text Message Service" (as defined below) from Abide Audiology, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

This agreement is between you and Abide Audiology or one of its affiliates. All references to "Abide Audiology," "we," "our," or "us" refer to Abide Audiology LLC, 321 3rd Ave S, Clear Lake, SD 57226.

Definitions

"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but isn't limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Costs of Text Messages

We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this text message service. But message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.

Frequency of Text Messages

This Text Messaging Service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and our employees. We may send you an initial message providing details about the service. After that, the number of text messages you receive will vary depending on how you use our services and whether you take steps to generate more text messages from us (such as by sending a HELP request).

Opting Out of Text Messages

If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may reply to any text message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. As a person-to-person communication service, opt-out requests are specific to each conversation between you and one of our employees and their associated phone number. After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message.
